Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@happyhomeessentials.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Fulfilment

Our products are fulfilled by a third-party fulfilment partner. This does not affect your rights as a customer — all return and refund requests are handled directly by Happy Home Essentials.
